yes, the law as written, is fine. As practiced is just as important, though.
You get onto me about targeting you, yet here you go doing the same thing to me.You don't like the law, so don't act like its fine with you. I have witnessed enough of your post to know better.
Are we not enforcing the federal law, because we can't properly do it without profiling? No, the feds are not enforcing it because there is a voting base to be had.

I have suggested a fix to the problem. Audit all businesses and than Fine businesses that hire illegals. If there's no work, there's nobody crossing the border. It's truly as simple as that.I don't buy it Cash.
If you had a problem with an open border, and millions of illegal aliens in the country, you would have some type of opinion on how to fix the problem. All I have seen you post is, Im not sure what you do.
If nothing was ever done about either problem, I doubt it would even cross your mind.

Bull, if they aren't making any money to send back to their family, they're not wasting their time here.I don't disagree with going after those that hire illegals.
But it's not that simple.
A government funded life in the US, beats 90% of any life they would live in Mexico. I have seen it first hand.
