Sam Hartman (Wake Forest transfer)

Why is this still labeled as Wake Forest transfer in the title? He hasn’t indicated he is transferring and this post was created after a known troll tweeted. Not saying he won’t transfer, but misleading…

Would be a huge pickup for us, but would feel bad for Milton.

Admit I'm kinda curious to see how the Milton experiment goes, but also kinda afraid.

Though, also feel bad for Wake. They keep finding great QBs and keep losing them once they are good!

It’s gonna go long and deep whether it’s a screen pass, slant, across the middle, or 10 year toss.

Dude is like the wild thing and only throws the fast ball. No change up.

And after 4 years of high school and 4 years of college -where he has never been accurate - see no reason to think he will ever be deadly accurate. Maidenly inaccurate much more likely.

Yes he has been accurate. And yes he could easily become deadly accurate. Your fails are often and epic 😂😂😂😂.

Hartman would be a perfect fit for UT's offense. But, I really believe Milton is primed for a very good year next year.

I must have missed that day that he was accurate, surely it was against top tier competition. Unfortunately, Joe's overthrows and errant throws are often and occasionally epic. He does have a strong arm.

Most seem to think that Milton is going to step into a HH offense and everything is going down as it has this year.

My thoughts are that we will see a different offense next year designed to fit Milton vs HH. How much different is the question to be asked.

CJH is going to figure and design an offense based on the quality, talent and capability of his QB. I look to him to figure it out before next season and for us to get a preview of it in the Orange Bowl.

Should be interesting and now that Milton is the man and having HH to assist in this move is going to a plus. 3 weeks is a long time to prepare can't wait to see.

Can a mod edit the title to say “unverified rumor” or something?

I'm just curious at some point soon, does Milton find a pro style system to trasnfer to and finish out. Behind a good OL, I think he'd be a deadly pocket passer.
This is Milton's last year. If he's going to make a splash in college this is his last chance.

He started at Michigan, and yeah, they were flirting with the spread back then, but he lost the starting job to McNamara. Harbaugh is probably as familiar with the "pro style" as anyone in college football and didn't run it with Milton. I don't think he's a pocket passer.

I'm a fan of Milton because his physical tools are amazing. If he puts it together this year, both he and TN will be amazing, but it's fish or cut bait time for Joe Milton.

With the new TE, probably plural if we get another like Morlock and also the observation that Milton seems to be very accurate over the middle I could see that as a much bigger part of the gameplan
