It’s not going to change the woodshed trip they took Tennessee on this year. It’s not going to avenge anything. It will be fun next season to beat them, but it will never ease the sting on what happened. I’m sure the 99 Arkansas team will tell you that beating UT in 1999 did nothing to ease the pain of 98.

Carolina over the Vols. Back then, many Tennessee fans were loving his "classy" approach because they thought they had the next zinger throwing Steve Spurrier.

Depends on who you are.
This season went way better than the 7-8 wins I expected.
The SoCar loss is disappointing in that we missed the playoffs but we just are not a playoff team. We way overachieved this year. Heck this loss isn’t in my top 10.
I’m 53 so I’ve seen some really crappy loses.

No thanks, I’ve been a fan for over 30 years. Just being realistic. He won, he gets the bragging rights. We don’t get to rub it in Bama and Florida’s faces and then say “just you wait until next year Shane!”. It’s a bad look. To the victors go the spoils and it should suck and hurt because it was a BS and unnecessary loss.

True. It still pains me to think of 1969 shellacking by Ole Miss and Archie. And that was oner half a century ago..

That’s true I was at that game and Heupel took the foot off the peddle after we got up 38-0 we could’ve put 60 on them but ended up winning 45-20 we beat them by 25 last season and they beat us by 25 this season.

Shane Beamer pays too much attention to what the media/social media and doesn't realize he is validating them by ackowledging them so much. Fot example right after the Clemson win, he brought up how the media was talking about Clemson needing a good win for the CFP, etc. The week before that he brought up the media's pregame picks of the Tennessee game in his post game presser. After the Texas A&M game he reminded the media about asking him if his team quit on the season. Now He is responding to random Tennessee fans on Twitter.

Dude has been taking a victory lap the last two weeks. Yet, he shouldn't really be talking much considering he has endured some ugly losses of his own to Florida and Mizzou. He is only stoking the flames for next season and showing that the media weighs on his mind. Its all very amatuerish and weak minded if you ask me. You wont be hearing Huepel bring up some news headline.

Beamer is a tool. He’s an arrogant hot dog who tries to portray himself as this down to earth good old boy. He’s a fraud. His dad had a lot more class. Give it a few years. South Carolina won’t thrive under this clown. Let him enjoy his day in the sun. It won’t last long. He talks about what a great team they are. If they’re so great, whose fault is it they’ve lost 4 games. He’s a full of himself blowhard that within 3 years Gamecock fans will be ready to run off.
