I guess Baylor is more attractive than Iowa State just by being located in Texas, but schools like Kansas, Kansas State, and Missouri probably need to find "permanent" homes before anyone touches Baylor.
Texas, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma St. have joined OU in having no intentions to sue. I think that means they are all looking West, as speculated.
Baylor Bears won't budge on waiving legal rights until Oklahoma Sooners decide on future, source says - ESPN
I'm not sure that they are valuable enough to C-USA. C-USA already has Rice, SMU, Houston, and UTEP. I'm not sure if Baylor really helps them in that state.
I think it's much more likely that Baylor winds up in the WAC or MAC.
Great point. C-USA already has 4 TX teams - Baylor doesn't stack up as being any better than those 4. When their recruiting takes a nosedive after leaving the B12, they will only get worse.
Aside from that, if I was the Big East, I would be poaching SMU or Houston - two TX schools with way more potential than Baylor, and a much better investment for the conference.
Baylor is WAC, MAC, or MWC bound.
lol: @ Texas to the ACC. Texas...We don't believe you. You need more people.
On the bright side the ACC can move the championship game to Cowboys Stadium and make sure the Horns are in it every year so they don't have this:
