Joe Biden hasn't said that there is nothing he can do about vaccinations. You are misrepresenting his statements.

Throughout the 2016 Presidential General Election Campaign, Donald Trump pledged to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. ObamaCare). The Republican Party controlled both chambers of Congress during Trump's first two years in office. He accomplished neither objective. Was that a Trump lie ... or will you (most likely) describe it as an honest effort gone bad, and as something other than Trump's fault? I think it will be the latter.

This quote is an outright lie. That is not what Joe Biden said at all, and the "dictator" quote which he did say, requires context. Joe Biden explicitly campaigned on signing various executive orders, including those to rescind some of then-President Donald Trump's own executive orders, and he didn't say in October that signing a large number of executive orders meant that a president is a dictator. Rather, after Biden rejected the idea of using an executive order to raise taxes on corporations and wealthy people, he said, "There are things you can't do by executive order unless you're a dictator." Biden was saying what he had said before and what he has said since -- which is that executive orders are unconstitutional for some particular purposes.

Biden NEVER said that he wouldn't be using executive orders to undo Trump's executive orders. In fact, Biden campaigned on just the opposite of that.

The day of the Georgia runoff biden said “ vote blue and the $2000 checks will go out the door immediately”. 1 day into his presidency and that was lowered to $1400.00. Claims to add that to the already received $600 checks. 9 days in and still nothing has been done. That’s not immediately. And that’s just one of his lies. Admit it, he’s a liar.
