Should make Purdue one of the worst landing jobs for a coach Four Purdue Boilermakers football players accused of sexual assault
Probably, ND has a tradition in that they don't like to be seen as firing coaches, they just do not renew their contracts. Seems Kelly's is just about up, if he's not gone this year, he's gone next year fo' sho. If Urban does not beat Michigan this year, his chest will begin acting up again and he'll seek divine intervention at Notre Dame after Kelly is my prediction.

Les Miles --- Oregon or ND
Brian Kelly--- NFL
WV Head Coach --- Auburn
Gus --- Oregon or another PAC 12
Yeah.. I'm calling it now
Where's Mahlzan originally from? Wonder if there is a big time job open near his home. That could carry some weight.
Will any of these guys be back next year?: Brian Kelly, Charlie Strong, Jim Mora Jr., Rich Rod, Tuberville, Kingsbury, Todd Graham

Strong has already been fired, they just haven't made an official announcement...will be good for us, Saban talk will startup again and maybe it will make some of their recruits start looking elsewhere.
If Texas cant get Herman maybe Dabo leaves since Clemson is losing another bunch of key players to the draft --- imo LSU might go after Dabo as it is --- all the talk about him 'waiting' for the Alabama job is a joke (just like Muschump supposedly was the coach in waiting at Texas)
Someone no one is talking about as a HC is Lincoln Riley, Oklahoma OC. He was the OC at E. Carolina and has turned Oklahoma back into a top 10 offense the last two years. Not sure where he lands, but at 33, I think he is going to be a good one someday.
Let's look at the G5 coaches that would be in play for teams this year. Or at least those that have proven themselves to turn programs around and win:
Tom Herman (Houston)
Scott Satterfield (Appy State)
PJ Fleck (West Michigan)
Ken Niumatalolo (Navy)
Bryan Harsin (Boise State)
Rocky Long (San Diego State)
Willie Taggart (South Florida)
Of those, you know there will be a bidding war for Herman. Perhaps PJ Fleck will move into a P5 job as well. I don't think Rocky Long will take on the challenge of rebuilding a program at his age.
But who else moves up? And who does LSU go after? I don't see Ed O being considered, but I could be wrong.
Besides Herman, I think the rest of those names stays put. Except for Texas and LSU, I don't see another opening at an attractive school to pull the younger coaches this year.
I'd say Notre Dame, Texas Tech, Arizona and Oregon as well. All well paying jobs with potential openings for an up and coming coach. Actually, in the case of Texas Tech, they might want someone a little older and more experienced than Coach Bro.
I'd be surprised if ND, Arizona or Oregon open up this year. I don't know anything about TT. I can. see Jimbo leaving FSU for LSU which would open up FSU. Then, more dominos could fall. I could be wrong but I think this will be a relatively quiet carousel this year as pressure builds for a wilder ride next year.
